"I moved out here 3 years ago, and was very excited to have such a great nursery down the road from us! Over my 3 years of coming here, this has always been my experience…..
I’m Always greeted when I am walking around and am asked if I need help with anything.
The store is beautiful. They have a great selection of indoor plants inside too! I used to sell rare and uncommon plants, and they have a great selection. (I know nowadays rare plants aren’t so rare anymore).
They have competitive prices. (For example I just went today and their mums were huge and only $11.99. I did shop around last year comparing prices at multiple stores and they had the best pricing for the size of plant you get.
Today I was asked if I wanted help loading my flowers, and they even came up and took my cart back.
They have what I need 95% of the time (only time they didn’t is when I asked for mugwort which I’ve never seen anywhere, and figured they didn’t have it). Last time I asked for something they walked me to it instead of pointing.
If you find yourself waiting for a few mins at the counter they do provide a bell. I’ve only used it a few times, and someone from the back came and checked me out.
I’m sure there are more experiences I’ve had, but I just came here to say thanks Steinkopf Nursery! You guys are the best!"

"Steinkopf Nursery is a great place and definitely a nursery I would recommend to anyone looking for quality plants, trees, or landscaping materials. I’ve had a really positive experience with them and have always been impressed with the quality and selection they have available.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to decide what will work best for your yard. It’s nice being able to go somewhere where the people actually know their plants and can answer questions or offer recommendations instead of just pointing you toward an aisle.
Their plants and trees are well cared for, and there is a great selection to choose from. I’ve been doing quite a bit of landscaping and planting, so having a dependable local nursery with healthy, quality plants is really important to me. Steinkopf has been a great resource, and I always enjoy stopping in to see what they have.
I also really appreciate supporting a local nursery that clearly takes pride in what they do. The entire experience feels much more personal than shopping at a big-box garden center, and the quality and knowledge are noticeably better.
Overall, Steinkopf Nursery is a great local business with excellent plants, knowledgeable people, and great service. I’ll definitely continue coming back for future landscaping projects and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a dependable nursery."
